My 1st attempt at a color challenge

So I made my attempt. I think I used all the right colors, it just wasn't "right." I think maybe I should have layered the cupcake. . . Oh well, there's always another day.

Tomorrow is my co workers birthday. I was going to make a small set but only had time for this one. I saw a similar card in a magazine ~ altered by color and stamp set. Entire card is Stampin Up.

Earth Day

Hi - long time no post! I've really been under the weather, under inspired, under energized lately. Ugh! But i can see it turning around now. Praise God! My up line with Stamin' Up sampled this card last night in her "Earth Day class." I like it and will use it as a sympathy card for a friend who's Dad recently passed. I like how tall the tree stands, it reminds me of an East Texas Pine. Plus, I like the masculinity, it's harder to come up with manly cards. . .
